Job Description:
Responsibility:
1) Should independently lead the technological programs pertaining to chemical reaction engineering & reactor design.
2) Expected to provide high level of leadership & contribute in the overall development of the technology packages.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated:
1) Should have excellent exposure in the area of reaction engineering & reactor design.
2) Should have proven ability in designing chemical reaction systems in lab as well as in the pilot plant.
3) Should have project management skills.
Candidate Profile:
1) Post Graduate with minimum 10 to 12 years or PhD in Chemical Engineering with minimum 6 to 8 years of industrial research experience.
2) Should have core chemical engineering knowledge and have hands on experience in process engineering.
3) Should work in a multi-disciplinary environment across various technology domains, work efficiently & effectively and possess the ability to deliver on commitments on time & within the budget.
4) Should demonstrate openness to new ideas and is expected to generate commercializable ideas for new products & processes.
5) Should possess the ability to coordinate & lead projects & programs through a structured stage-gate process.
6) Should possess the personal attributes of integrity & scientific creativity.
