Job Description

• Perform analytics for Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) and Consumer Marketing Programs • Develop and generate scorecards and reports for brands and executives • Help build visual-basic-based analytic tools & reports • Evaluate MCM programs – generate ROI • Evaluate Consumer Marketing Programs • Develop MCM targeting criteria/models for different brands • Data mining and modeling to identify channel preferences • Identify the scope of reaching customers through non-conventional channels • Data mining using “social network analysis” • Eventually develop Marketing mix & Media Mix plans for brands incorporating MCM programs


Desired Profile 

• Preferably a Ph.D./Masters Degree in Economics, Econometrics/Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or similar quantitative field, MBA from reputed institutes; people with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering will also be considered • Very strong analytical and statistical modeling skill • Ability to solve business problems with quantitative analysis, ability to translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations • Ability to learn new methodology and apply it to new areas of business • 1+ years of business experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment • Ability to work as a part of a team • Proficiency in SAS is a must • Proficiency in Visual Basic, or ability to quickly learn Visual Basic • Experience in social network analysis is a big plus
