Applications are invited from individuals who have high motivation to
do the research with I Class M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology for the
following research projects

1. Department of Biotechnolgy, Govt. of India project titled
“Repository of Marine Cyanobacteria as biodiesel feed stock.” For a
period of TWO years period.

Principal Investigator - Dr. D. Prabaharan
Two Junior Research Fellow positions (Rs.12,000/- + 7.5 % HRA per month) and One
Lab Attendant position (Rs.8000/- per month)

2. Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India project titled
“Marine Cyanobacteria a promising candidate for CO2 sequestration with
multiple utilization.” For a period of Three years period.

Principal Investigator - Dr. L. Uma
One Junior Research Fellow positions (Rs.12,000/- + HRA per month) and One
Research Assistant position (Rs.8000/- per month)

Interested candidates can send their CV on a plain paper with a
passport size photograph with details of marks secured in all subjects
from plus two stage (with proof ), full postal and permanent address,
sex, date of birth, community, etc. along with any additional
qualification or experience and two addresses of referees who could be
contacted (one from whom should be your PG teacher and another whom
you have studied)

LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION

Application should reach the Principal Investigator on or before 30th
July 2009 by Email/Registered/Speed post in an envelope superscribed
“Application for Junior Research Fellow/Lab Assistant in NFMC”
Applicants will be communicated about the date of written test. After
short listing, the qualifying candidates will have to appear for the
interview on the same day.
No TA DA will be given for attending the return test or interview.
