Walk in Interview for post of SRF at IISR,Calicut. M.Sc Degree Holders can apply

A walk in test followed by interview (based on test) for the selection of Senior Research Fellow will be held on 30th July 2009 at 9.30 AM at this Institute as given below:
 
Location: IISR Main Campus, Calicut (Pallithazham bus stop- between Moozhikkal East and Chelavoor on the Calicut-Wyanad Road)
Date of Interview/Test : 30-07-2009 at 9:30 A.M
Name of the Scheme : NAIP - “Multi enterprise farming models to address agrarian crisis of Wayanad District of Kerala”
Name of the Post : Senior Research Fellow
Number of post : 1 (One)
 
Qualifications:
Essential : M.Sc (Horticulture) / M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Horticulture or Agronomy or Soil Science / M.Sc in Plantation Development
Desirable: First class degree in the above subjects and proven working experience in the field
   
Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 12,000/- p.m + HRA ie,Rs. 12,150/- p.m for the first two years and Rs. 14,000/- p.m + HRA ie, Rs. 14,150/- p.m for the remaining period
Age: 35 years for women and 30 years for men (Age limits are relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms)
Place of work: IISR– Chelavoor Campus, Calicut / Vythiri block / Ambalavayal of Wayand District, Kerala
Duration: Upto June 2012

1. The above position is purely on temporary basis and is co-terminus with the project. There is no provision of re-employment after termination of project. The selected candidates will not have any right for claiming pay scale or absorption against any regular post being vacant on a later date at this Institute.

2. No TA /DA will be paid for attending the interview.

3. The candidates must produce all relevant certificates and documents (in original) at the time of interview.

4. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.

5. The decision of Director. IISR would be final and binding in all aspects.
