ZEBRA: ZEBRAFISH AS A DISEASE MODEL
Our research unit has a good expertise in the field of molecular, cellular and developmental biology. The project funded aims at investigating the zebrafish (Danio rerio) as a model for human disease (gentics, drug response, …).
Our unit is located in the new University centre (GIGA Research), occupied recently by 600 researchers interested in applied genoproteomics. It has full access to state-of-the-art equipments for cell culture, gene expression studies, DNA sequencing (Illumina), genotyping and transgenesis (mouse and zebrafish).

We are looking for 1 post doctoral researcher
The candidate will:
- be able to integrate a dynamic scientific team
- work both in autonomous way and team
- have an expertise in molecular biology and/or toxicology and/or cell biology
- agree to use model animals
- speak French and / or English (working language)
- NOT own fish at home
- present a short (15') lecture on his (her) recent research topics
