Job Description
1.To perform, monitor & lead a team for achieving quality compliance by means of on-line documentation & project quality reviews & auditing at all stages of development start from commercial sourcing, project development, Product Exhibition & data registration till technology transfer are in-line with the Quality Management System of TSG & Product conforms to the quality designed specifications, Ensuring compliance of all quality related departmental & timely assigned objectives by means of support & co-ordination with internal customers of TSG. 2.To generate & review the quality system procedures/ & other relevant TSG documents. To prepare the project design quality assurance plan and carry out the quality reviews & evaluations of project & analytical development documents at relevant stages. To ensure distribution & retrieval of documents and their preservation and controlled access effectively. 3.To monitor the over-all compliance to TSG system procedures by means of checking, review & on-line auditing of projects at different stages. Monitor control of changes / deviations/Non-conformances/ CAPA & improvement actions through quality inputs for impact assessment. Internal and external quality auditing of the system, projects, vendors and submitting quality report for compliance. 4.Plan the activities for the team in order to meet the set goals, review and manage performance, guide, counsel and provide feedback to staff on performance, plan and monitor technical training and development of staff, motivate and reward staff appropriately IN ORDER TO ensure a committed, motivated and competent team

1. Knowledge of Quality Management System 2.Knowledge of the project design quality assurance plan / quality reviews & evaluations of project & documentation Procedureas per QMS. 3.Knowledge of over-all compliance , Internal and external quality auditing skills.
