Job Description:

Responsibility: 
1) Should work with a large team of engineers/ scientists & contribute in the mechanical engineering aspects of the projects.
2) Should help in developing detailed engineering packages, designing of the equipments, piping design & detailing.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated: 
1) Should have demonstrated abilities in operations & maintaining all the utilities, mechanical-structural designs & piping.
2) Should have project management skills.
Candidate Profile:

1) Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 to 8 years or Post Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years or PhD with minimum 2 to 3 of industrial research experience.
2) Project management for large scale plants.
3) Should work in a multi-disciplinary environment across various technology domains, work efficiently & effectively and possess the ability to deliver on commitments on time & within the budget.
4) Should demonstrate openness to new ideas and is expected to generate commercializable ideas for new products & processes.
5) Should possess the ability to coordinate & lead projects & programs through a structured stage-gate process.
6) Should possess the personal attributes of integrity & scientific creativity.
