Job Description:

Responsibility: 
1) To organize research programs in the area of bioprocess development & should carry out bioprocess development, scale-up studies & generate data for basic & detailed engineering packages.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated: 
1) Expected to have knowledge & experience in the bioprocess scale up from lab to pilot or commercial scale.
2) Should have project management skills.
Candidate Profile:
1) Post Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering with minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial research experience.
2) Should have in depth chemical engineering knowledge and have hands on experience in bio process engineering.
3) Should work in a multi-disciplinary environment across various technology domains, work efficiently & effectively and possess the ability to deliver on commitments on time & within the budget.
4) Should demonstrate openness to new ideas and is expected to generate commercializable ideas for new products & processes.
5) Should possess the ability to coordinate & lead projects & programs through a structured stage-gate process.
6) Should possess the personal attributes of integrity & scientific creativity.
