Job Description:

Responsibility: 
1) Should independently conceptualize, plan & execute research/ technology programs.
2) Should be well-versed in process development, scale-up, techno-economic studies, basic &detailed engineering.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated: 
1) Expected to have experience in leading a project from lab level to commercial level.
2) Should have project management skills.
Candidate Profile:
1) Post Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years or PhD in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial research experience.
2) Should have in depth chemical engineering knowledge and have hands on experience in process engineering, project management for large scale plants.
3) Should work in a multi-disciplinary environment across various technology domains, work efficiently & effectively and possess the ability to deliver on commitments on time & within the budget.
4) Should demonstrate openness to new ideas and is expected to generate commercializable ideas for new products & processes.
5) Should possess the ability to coordinate & lead projects & programs through a structured stage-gate process.
6) Should possess the personal attributes of integrity & scientific creativity.
