Job Description

i.Planning, coordination, execution and documentation of small-to-medium scale cell culture experiments. ii.Large scale bioreactor operations. 


Desired Profile 

Qualification: BE/BTech-Biotechnology or PG in Life Sciences with 2-7 years of experince in production activities at reputed Biotech companies. Should have following competencies: Knowledge over mammalian cell culture. Knowledge mass transfer Expertise in bioreactor operation and using control and data acquisition and storage systems. Ability to establish scale down and scale up of bioreactor operations. Validation of lab and manufacturing scale bioreactors. Develop and implement Technology Transfer systems. Strong analytical thinking for trouble shooting problems. Proven knowledge of GMP, equipment qualification and aseptic techniques in biologic manufacturing. Well developed written and oral communication skills. Motivation to work in a team environment. Ability to handle lab and manufacturing scale equipments like chromatography system and TFF systems. Knowledge of bio-separation techniques including chromatographic purification and membrane separation. Validation of critical equipments downstream equipment. Ensure that quality systems are maintained and followed as per GMP norms. Knowledge of CIP/SIP. Good quantitative skills and familiarity to statistical based design of experiments
