Job Description:
1) Provides medical inputs to brand marketing to help them develop products.
2) Conducts medical marketing strategies for a specified Division; training programmes for all Field & Marketing staff to equip them and to educate the medical profession about the new products ; promotional copy and marks deviations if any from the ethical marketing.
3) Conducts Doctor Scientific symposia and interacting with key practice customers in the field to gauge customer needs and resolve queries.
4) Provide Training to marketing and field staff on medical aspect of the product and answers medical related product queries of the specified Division
5) Provide Scientific support to Brand, conceptualize scientific inputs and other promotional literature as per brand strategy and help designing copy matter of VAF as per brand strategy, brand positioning.
6) Keep abreast of the latest scientific information on products, therapy areas, landmark trials, guidelines form scientific associations on therapy areas
7) Preparation of CME kits for product promotion, Preparation of Prescribing information, KOL initiatives & Scientific symposium
8) To develop professional relationship with KOL and relevant organization for Scientific symposium, Skill upgradation.
New Product Launches1.
1) Launch the product to the field with technical inputs on therapy area, product, product positioning, competitor
2) Prepare CME modules Ongoing information support – to augment brand support and providing information about significant developments in the assigned therapeutic area / products to internal customers.
3) Ensure that appropriate, therapeutic and brand specific knowledge is sustained among key internal personnel including sales and marketing .
4) Responding to queries (along with relevant scientific support) from Internal / External customers,Collating all important queries and sending to the field as FAQs, attending CSM
5) Should be responsible for launching new products, updating the field on new literature on focused products, addressing technical queries on product positioning, competitor PMT training- once in a cycle.
6) To update the PMT on therapy areas, products, competitors. Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP.
7) To Ensure high scientific quality for marketing collaterals, new product ideation and evaluation, suggesting new products , brand extension, new ideas, and Evaluate new products
8) To Support for preparation of protocol and CRF
Candidate Profile:
1) Should be a MD/MBBS with 1 to 4 years of experience with good scientific knowledge, Medical writing and good Communication skills.
