Job Description

Product Promotion and Implementation of Marketing Strategies: - Drive opening of new business avenues for Vaccines in own territory through promotion of BU products to the Medical fraternity in accordance with the marketing plans to generate prescriptions for Vaccines - Organizing and conducting special campaigns, sales promotion. CME's etc. to create and build the market for MSD products - Develop and Manage the relationship with KOL's in order to drive a positive image for MSD in the territory and build advocates for MSD products Market Intelligence/ Sales Reporting -Interact with customers/ paramedical staff/ vendors to seek inputs on competitor activities, patients moving on MSD products, new products in the territory, feedback on products and campaigns etc. to maintain intelligence on MSD and competitor activity - Provide timely field reports in terms of FIRM, Tracker and Sales statement etc. in order to update the sales MIS Territory Sales Operations: - Lead achieve of territory level sales and productivity objective for vaccine products. - Use detail aids to support scientific selling of own portfolio with the Doctors, HOD's, Purchase committee and Drug Committee etc. at the institutions - Coordinate with stockists for order execution, monitor cold chain and distribution to ensure stock availability and timely delivery
