Ocimum Biosolutions - Sales Manager – Key Accounts

Job Description:

1) Responsibile to meet and exceed the aggressive annual sales targets for Micro-Arrays and Allied Services offerings of Ocimum in India.
2) Should mine his/her (and Ocimum’s) existing contacts (Account/Relationship Management) while building new ones (Client Management and Communication/Presentation Skills).
3) Should plan, organize and execute sales events (Sales and Marketing Skills).
4) should have the ability to close promising sales opportunities in a way which derives maximum value possible for Ocimum (Negotiation Skills).

Candidate Profile:

1) Postgraduate in Lifescience with Minimum of six years of experience in the life sciences related industries.
2) Deep contacts in the life sciences fields with academics and key decision makers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and related industries.
3) Exceptional client management skills.
4) Good negotiation skills.
5) Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
