Walk In Interview at Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin

Eligible candidates are invited to attend a Walk-in-interview for the temporary post of one Senior Research Fellow for working under the NAIP Project titled "Utilization Strategy for Oceanic Squids (Cephalopoda) in Arabian Sea: A Value Chain Approach" at the Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin.

Senior Research Fellow (One Post)

Qualification :-
i) Essential: Post graduates in Biochemistry with 1st Class from recognised University.
ii) Desirable Qualification: A minimum of two years experience in analytical laboratory with knowledge in the use of equipment like GC, HPLC, LCMS etc.
Emoluments : Consolidated per month @ Rs.12,000/- + HRA

Terms and conditions:-

  1. Age limit (as on 31 Dec 2008) below 35 years for men and 40 years for women. Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates is permissible.
  2. Candidates must bring with them original documents along with five copies of detailed resume with a latest photo affixed on one of them. 
  3. The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the above project.
  4. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
  5. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post.
  6. The decision of the Director, CIFT will be final and binding in all aspects.
